I had a broken chain on a Monday afternoon, Shotton Cycles provided and fitted a new chain and rear cassette very quickly and I collected the bike the following morning. It was offered to do it the same day but I didn't need the bike until the following day. Delighted with the prompt and helpful service.
Excellent service from Shotton Cycles at the weekend. Me and a friend are new to road cycling and foolishly went out without a spare innertube or any tools and one of us picked up a puncture. We found Shotton Cycles on Google Maps as the nearest place that was open and they were extremely helpful and fitted the new tube for us whilst we had a coffee across the road. Thanks for saving us from a very long walk home and fixing the puncture so quickly. It was also great to find a local independent Giant specialist who sell and service Giant bikes.
