Great charity shop. Staff are always friendly and were prompt in response to delivery of furniture item.
1 star because it isn't possible to give non, the level of ineptitude in this store is incredible, yes they are volunteers and that is comendable, I blame the manager, does it even have a manager? There is no sense of management as every time you talk to someone about having your purchase you get a different perspective, and different rules and working practices resulting in the excessive delay of deliveries. Yes we are happy to take your money but once we have it then up yours pal is very much the feeling you are left with.
