Standards of service in this chemist has moved from an excellent service to one of lowest I know .had to return 3 times this week for one prescription item.Worse part was when I complained to the person in charge, who really didn't want to know and suggested if I was unhappy perhaps I should get my prescriptions somewhere else.It is very plain this persons attitude she has no concerns whatsoever in providing a customer satisfaction policy.
